Today’s “Word of the Day” is tiptoe around and it is a phrasal verb meaning “(cautiously) avoid dealing with a problematic or controversial person, subject, situation, issue, etc”.
Example Sentence: Ordinarily, sociable/outgoing people (extroverts) own society and shy people (introverts) tiptoe around it. But coronavirus and the accompanying lockdown has flipped the order upside down.
