
Today’s “Word of the Day” is egalitarian and it is an adjective meaning “relating to the idea that all people are equal and should have equal rights and opportunities; fair, just, equal, equitable, impartial, even-handed, unbiased”.
Example Sentence: Article 340 of the Constitution entailed egalitarian possibility that resulted in two Backward Classes commissions, the Kalelkar Commission (1953-1955) and the Mandal Commission (1978-80).
