  1. current account deficit (noun) – The amount by which money relating to trade, investment etc going out of a country is more than the amount coming in.
  2. infamous (adjective) – notorious, disreputable, ill-famed (for something bad).
  3. taper tantrum (noun) – it is the term used to refer US Federal bank’s trimming of the amount of money it was feeding into the economy and which resulted sudden increase in its treasury.

  18. volatility (noun) – likely to change in a very sudden or extreme way.
