  39. laggard (noun/adjective) – slower, delayer, snail, loiterer, lingerer (than expected).
  40. welcome (adjective) – pleasing, agreeable, favourable, promising, much needed.
  41. move (noun) – action, act, step, measure.
  42. Decarbonisation (noun) – the reduction of carbon dioxide emissions through the use of low carbon power sources, achieving a lower output of greenhouse gasses into the atmosphere.
