Pakistan’s decision to withdraw terror charges against Hafiz Saeed, chief of the Jamaat-ud-Dawa/Lashkar-e-Toiba, is an outrage, and calls into question its professed seriousness to address terrorist violence emanating from its territory. For further reading, visit “The Hindu”.
