1. scale up (phrasal verb) – increase.
2. roll out (phrasal verb) – launch, introduce, organize/inaugurate.
3. hold up (phrasal verb) – remain strong, effective, successful.
4. glitch (noun) – problem, difficulty, issue/complication.
5. heartening (adjective) – encouraging, boosting, comforting.
6. dip (verb) – decrease, fall, decline.
7. bounty (noun) – benefaction, offering, favour.
8. keep one’s fingers crossed (phrase) – hope for the best to happen; hope for the good result.
9. staggered (adjective) – unsteady, volatile, changing.
10. conversant (adjective) – familiar with, acquainted with, knowledgeable about.
11. nuance (noun) – fine distinction, subtle difference, detail / variation.
12. a light touch (phrase) – the ability to do something effortlessly.
13. bottleneck (noun) – a condition which appears as not solvable and so delays the process; snag, difficulty/problem.
14. inordinately (adverb) – unreasonably, unjustifiably, excessively.
15. in the pipeline (phrase) – on the way, in preparation, in the offing.
16. reverse charge mechanism (noun) – it is a mechanism in which the recipient of the goods and/or services is liable to pay GST instead of the supplier.
