1. hasten (verb) – speed up, accelerate, expedite.
2. decisive (adjective) – deciding, final/conclusive; resolute, firm. 
3. forge (verb) – build, form, create.
4. procedural (adjective) – administrative, official, constitutional.
5. provincial (adjective) – regional, state/district, local.
6. advocate (verb) – recommend, prescribe, uphold/support.
