  50.  Waqf Act, 1995 (noun) – it regulates waqf property in India. It establishes Waqf Boards in each State to oversee the administration of waqf properties within their jurisdiction. 
  51. The Waqf (Amendment) Bill, 2024 (noun) – The proposed amendments seek to significantly reform the law by enhancing the Centre’s regulatory authority over waqf properties and, for the first time, permitting the inclusion of non-Muslim members in Waqf Boards.
