Today’s “Word of the Day” is “equanimity“ and it is a noun meaning “the state of being calm & composed, particularly in a difficult situation; calmness, composure, aplomb, coolness, poise, equilibrium, self-composedness, level-headedness, self-possession, serenity, tranquillity”.
