- curb (noun) – restriction, restraint, stricture.
- ill-conceived (adjective) – absurd, ridiculous, not carefully planned.
- livestock (noun) – farm animals (cattle, goats & etc).
- prevail (verb) – succeed, win through, triumph.
- at last (phrase) – finally, in the end, eventually.
- climate change (noun) – a long-term change in the Earth’s climate, or of a region on Earth (Courtesy: NASA).
- surreptitiously (adverb) – secretively/secretly, indirectly, furtively.
